Homeowner Pre-Shoot Checklist

Preparing Your Sellers for the Shoot

One great thing about hiring a professional real estate photographer is that we can help bridge the gap between you and your seller when it comes to getting their house ready to sell. In a perfect world we recommend they hire both a professional cleaner and a professional home stager, but that doesn’t always happen. Most of the time it takes recommendations from a third party to get some sellers to listen.

That is why we created our Homeowner Pre-Shoot Checklist. Here you will find everything your seller needs to know for a successful photo shoot.

Pro Tip #2

Use the notes section at the bottom to add any specific items or tasks you would like your seller to address prior to us arriving on site.

“Home staging used to be optional. Today, it’s a necessity in selling a house.”

— Barbara Corcoran

“A picture may be worth a mere 1,000 words in other circles, but in real estate, it enters the realm of deal or no deal.”

— Los Angeles Times

“You can’t sell it if you can’t see it.”

— Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging

The way one lives in a home and the way one sells a home are two very different realities.
