Drone photography in Greenville and the Upstate
In the Upstate the drone shows what the ground can't: acreage outside Travelers Rest, a view toward Paris Mountain, a lot on Lake Keowee, or how a new community sits next to the schools, parks and roads buyers care about. Every flight is by an FAA Part 107 certified, fully insured pilot.
We plan around the airspace before we fly. GSP sits inside busy Class C airspace near Greer, and Greenville Downtown Airport has its own control tower, so flights near either need FAA authorization first. We request it ahead of the shoot so nothing gets scrubbed on site.
For Stanley Martin's Oakhurst community in Woodruff we photographed and filmed 18 places around the neighborhood, from downtown to the golf club and the airfield. That meant FAA authorization at Triple Tree Aerodrome, public airspace only around the BMW plant, and a courtesy call before flying the private venues.

Yes. We shoot throughout Greenville County, including Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Five Forks, Mauldin, Fountain Inn and Travelers Rest, and across the Upstate into Easley, Anderson and Spartanburg County. Established neighborhoods like Augusta Road and North Main, downtown condos, new construction and acreage are all regular work for us.

Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes. Every drone flight is handled by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, and we check airspace before every shoot. Parts of the Upstate sit near airports and restricted areas, so that homework matters.
Do you work with builders and new construction?
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do in the Upstate. We shoot model homes, spec homes, amenities, community points of interest and aerial site updates for builders like Stanley Martin.
