Listings In Motion was founded by Chris & Rhea Avera, two former real estate agents who got tired of media that looked nothing like the home they were selling. So they built the studio they always wished they could hire: fast, reliable, and obsessed with what actually moves a buyer.
Nearly two decades later, we're the trusted media partner for more than 330 real estate firms across Charleston, Greenville, and the wider Carolinas, photographing everything from historic downtown single houses to marsh-front modern estates, new construction, and luxury short-term rentals.
Two former agents, one family business.
Chris and Rhea Avera got their start in 2006 as Realtors with their family's real estate business, and launched Listings In Motion in 2010 to serve fellow agents at Keller Williams in Mount Pleasant. Word spread fast, and we've since photographed thousands of properties for 500+ agents and 85+ brokerages, from Hilton Head to Myrtle Beach and Charleston to Western North Carolina.
When they're not running LIM, Chris and Rhea are out exploring with their three children, Isabella, Austin, and Zoe. Chris, a Charleston native, surfs the waves on Isle of Palms and rides the trails in Brevard; Rhea is happiest in the garden, the kitchen, or planning the next PTA fundraiser.
